Creating Your First Workspace
A workspace is the central hub for all your marketing activities. Learn how to set one up effectively.
What is a Workspace?
A workspace contains all your projects, campaigns, team members, and settings. You can have multiple workspaces for different clients, brands, or business units.
Creating a Workspace
- Click on your profile in the top-right corner
- Select "Create New Workspace"
- Enter a descriptive name for your workspace
- Choose your workspace type:
- Agency - For managing multiple clients
- Brand - For managing a single brand
- Personal - For individual projects
- Click "Create Workspace"
Workspace Settings
Configure your workspace timezone, default currency, and notification preferences in the Settings panel. These defaults will apply to all new campaigns.
Best Practices
- Use clear, descriptive names for workspaces
- Set up one workspace per client for agencies
- Configure billing and credits at the workspace level
