Creating Your First Workspace

A workspace is the central hub for all your marketing activities. Learn how to set one up effectively.

What is a Workspace?

A workspace contains all your projects, campaigns, team members, and settings. You can have multiple workspaces for different clients, brands, or business units.

Creating a Workspace

  1. Click on your profile in the top-right corner
  2. Select "Create New Workspace"
  3. Enter a descriptive name for your workspace
  4. Choose your workspace type:
    • Agency - For managing multiple clients
    • Brand - For managing a single brand
    • Personal - For individual projects
  5. Click "Create Workspace"

Workspace Settings

Configure your workspace timezone, default currency, and notification preferences in the Settings panel. These defaults will apply to all new campaigns.

Best Practices

  • Use clear, descriptive names for workspaces
  • Set up one workspace per client for agencies
  • Configure billing and credits at the workspace level
