What is AI Social Messaging?

AI Social Messaging is an inbox that surfaces Facebook Messenger conversations from your connected Pages. For each thread, the AI reads the full conversation history, analyses intent, and drafts a context-aware reply in your brand voice — ready for you to review and send with a single click.

Phase 1 (current release) covers:

  • Facebook Messenger — inbound DMs from page visitors

Facebook Messenger access is currently pending Meta App Review approval for the underlying permission. It will be enabled workspace-by-workspace as approval comes through — the Integrations page will show "Messaging enabled" once it's live for your workspace.

LinkedIn, Instagram Direct, Twitter/X DMs, and WhatsApp Business are on the roadmap but not yet available — LinkedIn messaging specifically depends on LinkedIn reopening its partner program, which is outside our control.
