  4. Click "Delete Account"

  8. Click "Permanently Delete My Account"

2.2 Email Request

3. What Data Will Be Deleted

3.1 Immediately Deleted (Within 24 Hours)

  • Active Campaigns: All running campaigns will be paused and deleted

3.3 Deleted Within 90 Days

  • Backup Systems: Data removed from all backup and disaster recovery systems
  • Log Files: Server logs containing personal identifiers
  • Third-Party Integrations: Data removal requests sent to connected platforms
  • AI Training Data: Personal data removed from machine learning datasets

4. Data That May Be Retained
